By the authority vested in me as President of the United States by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 5302 of title 31, United States Code, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Purpose

As global finance increasingly integrates digital assets and new economic instruments, the United States must adapt its financial strategies to maintain stability and leadership in the global economy. Bitcoin is decentralized and used for peer-to-peer electronic currency. We shall create our own coin, akin to Bitcoin, with unique attributes that can bolster the resilience of the U.S. dollar and support American economic interests. This Executive Order establishes Trumpbitcoin as a suitable asset for sale by the Treasury Department's Exchange Stabilization Fund (ESF) at Auction Schedule as given below, for the benefit of all Americans.

Whereas Bitcoin is slow to confirm, expensive to mine, and is held by malign actors, we create a SUPERIOR coin which confirms faster, and is issued only to buyers in the good graces of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Section 2. Policy

It is the policy of the United States to:

  1. Establish Trumbpitcoin in order to grow our economy and to cement American financial dominance long into the future
  2. Administer a blockchain which updates every 2.5 seconds, confirming all cryptographic transactions on the Trumpbitcoin ledger as VALID or INVALID.
  3. Auction Trumpbitcoins according the Auction Schedule.
  4. Use proceeds from The Auctions to pay down our national debt.
  5. Establish our own Strategic Reserve of our Trumpbitcoin

Section 3. Auction Schedule

  1. For the first 840 days, an auction for 250 Trumpbitcoin coins will be held, the winner will be issued Trumpbitcoins.
  2. After 840 days, the auction will proceed but for only 125 Trumpbitcoins
  3. Eeach 840 days thereafter, the number of Trumpbitcoins auctions off will be cut in half.
  4. Being INFINITELY DIVISIBLE, these auctions will continue FOREVER; the total upper limit supply of Trumpbitcoin will never be reached.
